Who stays in Tel Aviv?
Tel Aviv is the district's largest market. Visitors come for the beach and the city, business travellers for a working week, and Israeli families living abroad for the holidays. Most guests want to be near the sea or the central streets, with self check-in, good air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi.
Demand peaks in summer and during the holidays and softens in winter, so prices change daily to fill midweek and January nights too.
What works well?
2- and 3-room apartments near the beach, the city centre or Neve Tzedek fill well. A balcony, a safe room (mamad), a lift and a quiet workspace all help. Large homes and villas also go on Vrbo, which brings families and groups.
