Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your enquiry is stored by the website and passed to AirKeys Hub so the AirKeys team can respond and follow up.
• When you ask for an estimate: your name, phone number, the apartment's area and number of rooms, whether you live abroad, the site language and the time of your request.
• Basic technical data the server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to prevent abuse.
• The site uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools and does not record how you browse.

Why we use it

To get back to you with an estimate and talk about managing your apartment. Only that.

We won't send you marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell or rent your data.

Do you have to give it

There is no legal duty to give us any information. Without a name and phone number we simply can't call you back.

Who sees it

Only the AirKeys team. Service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting company, may process the data on our behalf and under our instructions, and some of their servers may be outside Israel.

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the message goes through a Meta service and is also subject to its privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months from our last contact, or less if you ask. If you become a client, we keep what the law requires, for example for tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Message us on WhatsApp or call +972 58-499-4361 and we'll handle it within 30 days.

If we don't respond, you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority at Israel's Ministry of Justice.

Security

We keep the data with restricted access and reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will also be shown on the site.
