If a guest is affected and you have not replied within 48 hours, the request is approved automatically.

20% + VAT of actual accommodation income, after the platform's fee. No setup fee and no fixed monthly charge. No bookings, no fee.
On Airbnb and Booking.com the payout goes straight to your account, and the listing stays in your name. We're your co-host and receive only our fee and the cleaning fees, through Airbnb's payout split or a monthly invoice. For direct bookings we collect and transfer to you by the 15th. Every line is in your statement.
The guest pays a cleaning fee on every booking, and we use it to pay the cleaning team and laundry. Guest cleaning fees never touch your income. Cleaning after your own stay is charged separately as explained here. Electricity, internet, council tax and repairs are passed on at cost, with receipts.
Yes. Block dates in the owner area 14 days ahead and it's yours. After your stay we clean and prepare it for the next guest at the apartment's cleaning fee + VAT, on the same invoice as our fee. Prefer to clean yourself? Just tell us.
