Calculator figures and the sample owner area are illustrative. They are not a binding offer or a promise of income, occupancy or returns. Actual results depend on the apartment, season, fees and expenses.
Working with AirKeys
Submitting details does not create a management agreement. Service starts only under a separate agreement with the owner. Our standard fee is 20% + VAT of net accommodation income, with no setup fee. Notice is 30 days, or 14 in the first three months. Your signed agreement sets your terms.
Content and use
Content, design and images belong to AirKeys or their respective licensors. You may browse and share a link; commercial reuse requires permission. Do not disrupt the website, impersonate anyone or submit another person's details without permission.
Privacy and applicable law
Our privacy policy explains how enquiry details are handled. Israeli law applies to use of this website. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Tel Aviv, subject to mandatory law.
