Renting out your Israeli apartment while you live abroad

Owners who live abroad can rent their Israeli home short-term without being here: sign and hand over your ID, proof of ownership, bank details and keys in about 20 minutes, and we do the rest. Guest money goes into a separate owners' account and is paid to you monthly with a statement in English, Hebrew or French. Check tax with an accountant.
How it works from afar
- A video call at a time that suits you, and an exact estimate.
- Remote signing and documents; keys via someone you trust or by courier.
- Photos, listings in our accounts and first bookings in about 10 days.
- Statement by the 10th, money in your account by the 15th.
- When you visit: block your dates and the home is ready for you.
Tax for non-residents
Professional sources say rent paid to a non-resident individual may carry 25% withholding unless the Israel Tax Authority issues a certificate, and VAT on management for an Israeli property is not zero-rated for foreign owners. Your home country may also tax the income. General information, not tax advice.
How often you'll hear from us
Rarely. No message per guest. Only the monthly statement, approvals that need you and real problems; everything else waits in the owner area.
