Running the home
What does full Airbnb management include?
Updated: · Reviewed by the AirKeys team
Full Airbnb management means the owner does almost nothing: the manager photographs the home, lists it on every channel, prices it daily, handles guests, cleans, coordinates repairs and pays you with a statement. With AirKeys you sign and hand over documents and keys in about 20 minutes, and we do the rest.
Key points
- Photos and listings in three languages
- Daily pricing
- Guests 24/7 and self check-in
- Cleaning with photos
- Repairs with clear limits
- Monthly statement and payout
Before the first guest
- A visit and a list of what guests need: linen, towels, kitchenware, a smart lock.
- Professional photos at our cost.
- Listings in AirKeys' Airbnb and Booking.com accounts, plus Vrbo for large homes and villas, in Hebrew, English and French.
- One synced calendar, so a booking on one channel blocks the others.
On every booking
- Daily pricing for season, holidays and demand.
- Guest and booking checks, and fast replies 24/7.
- Self check-in with a new code for every guest.
- Cleaning after every stay, with a photo of every room.
- Repairs: up to ₪500 we handle it; above that you approve in one tap. Urgent issues with a guest inside are fixed straight away, up to ₪2,000.
Every month
A clear statement by the 10th: accommodation income, our fee, expenses with receipts and your balance. The money is in your account by the 15th, and a yearly report goes to your accountant.
What is left for you
Very little: approve larger repairs, block dates when you want the home, and read the statement. We don't message you about every guest, only about what really needs you.
